Sweet potato

Coming from tropical regions, the sweet potato is also cultivated in the south of France. Its sweetness and light sweet taste make it appreciated by all. Cook it in water, mashed potatoes or French fries. Low in calories, it contains a number of minerals, has a high content of vitamin A and has antioxidant properties. Good to know : the sweet potato can be kept for a shorter time than the potato.

The pumpkin
